Sending You E-Mail

In exchange for using our service, you agree to receive updates from Traffic4Ever.com and periodic offers via e-mail. In addition, we will send general news and announcements about Traffic4Ever.com and any other offers that we feel may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive these offers, you may log into your account and uncheck the "Receive Messages From Admin" box. Due to this explicit agreement, any spam complaint made by you as a result of these mailings are completely null and void. If such a spam complaint interferes with the proper operation of Traffic4Ever.com in any way, you may be liable for any lost revenues, as can be proven in a court of law.

The number of hits to your website will vary depending on how many people sign up under your account and on the efforts in your traffic building organization.

Spam or U.C.E.

You agree not to engage in any spam activity. Sending U.C.E. (Unsolicited Commercial Email) is strictly forbidden. If there is sufficient proof of a spam complaint made against you, we will terminate your account and further ban you from using Traffic4Ever.com.

Account Termination

Traffic4Ever.com reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any account for spam, abuse of services, fraud, illegal content, or any other activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function of Traffic4Ever.com.

Account Rejection

Traffic4Ever.com may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the network that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on Traffic4Ever.com's discretion. We DO NOT accept any website which has pornography, or contains any illegal content or activities whatsoever.
